Roman grew up surrounded by aviation, inspired by his mother, an aerospace engineer in Poland. From a young age, he flew alongside pilots at his local aeroclub, sparking a lifelong passion for flying. After a successful career in IT as a programmer, Roman relocated to the U.S. and reignited his love for aviation and sailing. Since earning his CFII certification in 2024, he has leveraged his vast experience—including eight coast-to-coast flights across the U.S. in a Cirrus SR22, visiting over 90 airports—to train pilots to be confident and competent.
Roman’s approachable teaching style and commitment to student success have made him a trusted mentor at Mach 1 Aviation.
